The Baraka Home Buying Process
Before You Buy
In the Baraka Homes mushaira-based modality, you, the Buyer, agree to a co-ownership partnership agreement with Barak Realty in which you bring a minimum of 20% downpayment and 5% closing costs and we bring the additional funds to purchase your dream home. Since you, the buyer, will live in the house, you also agree to pay monthly payments to Baraka Realty which include rent for using our share in the house, and a portion to buy our 80% ownership share in the property. Over time and after the purchase of Baraka Realty's ownership in the property, you, the buyer, become the 100% owner of the house. At this stage, we work with you to help you understand that your financial commitment and monthly payments are affordable and aligned with your expectations, needs, and circumstances.
The Search
Once we've figured out your affordability and aligned finances, we get started on finding you your next dream home in any location you prefer. You, the buyer, will wire your downpayment funds and a 5% closing cost to Baraka Realty and authorize Baraka Realty to search for homes in areas of your interest and need. We make sure that selecting your perfect home is based on thorough market research, expert guidance, and knowledge of the local market, and the most important factors that you're looking for in your next dream home. Baraka Realty will help you find the right property that fits your taste, your budget, and your lifestyle. We will guide you thoroughly through the intricacies of the home review process, and keep your interest always a priority.
